UMS was pleased to join the University of Bristol’s Global Careers Series to share employer insights on what helps graduates stand out in an increasingly international job market.

During the webinar, Senior Partner Annie Feng spoke about the global skills that matter most in real working environments — including cross-cultural communication, learning agility, problem-solving, digital confidence, and taking ownership. Annie also shared practical tips on building a portfolio, strengthening personal branding, and planning early career steps with more clarity over time.

Overall, the session offered students a practical, employer-led perspective on how to prepare for global career opportunities.
